Job Description:
A company is looking for a Worker Comp Premium Audit Quality
Control professional to ensure quality control of team members'
performance and analyze audit data.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality control of Worker's Compensation audits and analyze
data discrepancies
Manage client engagements and oversee team communications regarding
daily work assignments
Develop metrics on team performance and present weekly updates to
management on production and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience
Proven experience in business process transactions
Life Insurance experience is preferred
Life Insurance policy administration is preferred
