A company is looking for a Head of Finance to oversee financial strategies and management.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team while collaborating with cross-functional teams


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
Experience with consolidated accounting and global operations
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, budgeting, and financial analysis
Proficiency with financial tools and software (QuickBooks, ERP systems, etc.)
