Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager in Corporate
Development Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to leaders in Corporate Development,
Revenue, and Finance
Own commercial modeling to support Partnerships and M&A
transactions
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify business opportunities
and present findings to senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience or 6+ years
in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
Experience in B2B Payments, Fintech, and/or SaaS companies
preferred
Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel modeling, and data analytics
Ability to interface externally in a client-facing environment
Strong sense of ownership in shaping and executing strategy and
operations
