Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale the Media House to prioritize watch time growth and
audience engagement
Develop innovative content formats and platform-specific strategies
to maximize reach
Build analytics infrastructure to measure performance and identify
growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of media leadership experience with a track record of
scaling YouTube channels to 5M+ subscribers
Experience managing high-profile creator partnerships and talent
relationships
History of driving significant watch time growth through innovative
content strategies
Deep understanding of YouTube's ecosystem and creator economy
Personal experience as a content creator preferred
