Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, BI Analytics Engineering &
Data Governance (Remote Eligible).
Key Responsibilities
Lead an analytics engineering team to productize data and ensure
accessibility for stakeholders
Drive strategy for data self-serve and democratization using tools
like dbt, Snowflake, and Tableau
Own data governance and quality in the Snowflake database while
enhancing data usability
Required Qualifications
10-12 years of technical program management experience
5-7 years of experience in Analytics Engineering and/or Data
Science
5-7 years of people management/team leadership experience
Deep understanding of data modeling techniques like Dimensional and
Data Vault
Hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and Snowflake
