Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead the
engineering team and drive the technology vision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering team, focusing on code quality and
scalability initiatives
Oversee day-to-day operations and hiring of a US-based team
Ensure the implementation of Agile/DevOps methodologies and
maintain high-scalability, availability, and security in
engineering environments
Required Qualifications
10+ years of engineering leadership experience in SaaS, Fintech, or
relevant industries
Proven success in leading high-performing engineering teams,
ideally in a startup environment
Deep experience with technologies such as Python/Django, Vue,
PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform
Experience managing technical debt and driving code quality
Payments experience (Fintech or banking also considered)
