Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Engineer to provide quality
technology support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service support for hardware and software issues
of low to moderate complexity
Maintain documentation and knowledge base according to firm
policies and procedures
Record actions and resolutions for issues and escalate as necessary
per Service Desk policy
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Zero+ years of job-related experience
Previous experience in customer service
Knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office
products
Ability to obtain relevant certifications or currently working
towards them
