Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Program Manager to guide
significant transformations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assess organizational needs and develop change strategies to
facilitate effective transitions
Engage stakeholders and communicate plans to ensure buy-in and
successful implementation
Monitor progress of change initiatives, adjust plans as needed, and
mitigate risks to achieve strategic goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related
field
6+ years of experience in program management, process management,
or process improvement
Proven change management experience with a qualification such as
Prosci
5+ years of experience in managing large-scale change efforts
across cross-functional teams
Ability to navigate and influence in a matrixed business
environment
