Sign on Bonus
$250 after 90 days
Additional $250 after 6 months
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Assisting with the day to day operation of the programs.
  
• Supervise Day Support and Community Engagement Employees.
  
• Prepare reports as required.
  
• Coordinate and monitor the documentation process.
  
• Write Person Centered Plans and Quarterlies.
  
• Complete Part V's in WAMS System.
  
• Market for New Individuals.
  
• Communicate regularly with the community and make presentations at the CSBs and various facilities.
  
• Meet regularly with facility directors and staff.
  
• Evaluate individuals referred and receiving services.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years experience in Human Services.
    
  • Must serve as QMRP.
    
  • Valid driver's license.
    
  • Must be Fully Vaccinated and Boosted.
