Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Case
Management-Utilization Review.
Key Responsibilities:
Directs and supervises case management, social services, and
revenue integrity personnel
Promotes quality, cost-effective care and manages patient
transitions to lower levels of care
Educates the healthcare team on resources, regulatory compliance,
and financial issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Social Work (MSW)
is required
5 to 7 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 4
years in case management
Current RN License or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) from the
Oklahoma State Board
Knowledge of community resources and third-party payer issues
related to reimbursement
