Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Learning and Development
Manager - Remote, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain training content for various field team
roles
Partner with Area Sales Directors and Clinical Operations L&D
for effective training alignment
Collaborate with Marketing Product Teams and other L&D Managers
to share relevant content
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
3+ years of experience in genetic services, product management, or
sales
2+ years of sales or sales training experience in healthcare or
life sciences
Familiarity with instructional design principles and training
content creation
Willingness to learn about regulatory requirements in the medical
diagnostics industry
