Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contingent Workforce Manager to
oversee the operational maintenance of their contingent workforce
program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage MSP and VMS relationships to ensure service, compliance, and
efficiency
Analyze workforce data to identify areas for improvement and
implement innovative solutions
Ensure compliance with contingent workforce laws and develop
processes for various worker engagements
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing contingent workforce programs,
including MSP and VMS systems
Deep understanding of HR, staffing, employment law, and worker
classifications
Experience implementing Diversity & Belonging strategies
Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to
decision-making
Experience with Workday HCM is preferred
