Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director - Business Risks
& Controls - US Consumer.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage the Risk & Controls Assurance Program for the
Global Customer Office
Proactively monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identifying
gaps and recommending enhancements
Develop and maintain relationships with second line teams and
stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM-related field
4+ years of experience in technology risk management and controls
governance
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and
industry risk frameworks
Proficient knowledge in data security, risk assessment, and control
evaluation
IT-control related certifications (e.g., CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM,
CIPT, CIPP) preferred
