A company is looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Manager focused
on Retailer B2B offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Create lead generation strategies across platforms to drive
engagement, leads, and sales
Plan, execute, and manage Retailer-facing CRM programs and oversee
paid media strategies
Analyze cohort data to identify trends and develop targeted
messaging and campaigns
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a B2B digital marketing or channel
marketing role
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, particularly SalesForce
Account Engagement
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g.,
Pardot, Salesforce)
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn
Advertising
Ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions
