Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a product compliance strategy for loss
mitigation software solutions
Lead collaboration between Product and Engineering teams to ensure
compliance throughout the product development lifecycle
Analyze mortgage servicing regulations and drive compliance-related
product enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Law, or
relevant discipline with 6 - 8 years of experience, including at
least 5 years in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations and federal/state
compliance requirements
Proven experience in loss mitigation, claims, and regulatory change
management
Experience with mortgage servicing platforms and compliance
monitoring tools
Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on achieving
goals through others
