for the Advanced Heart Failure Specialty Unit!Shift: Full Time

programs. -Advanced Heart Failure Department Overview:---24 bed
Specialty Unit that provides high acuity cardiac care to patients
with severe heart failure, pre/post heart transplant, the Total
Artificial Heart, and pulmonary hypertension.---Work with high tech
equipment such as mechanical circulatory support including
ventricular assist devices (LVAD, BiVAD) and telemetry
monitors.---Environment relies on 24 hours consistent communication
and intricate interdisciplinary teamwork skills.---Nurses handle
3-4 patients on this unit based on acuity level.The Advanced Heart
Failure is an ACCN Gold Beacon Award Unit that is recognized for
excellence in providing high-quality patient care, and a work

associate degree RN, bachelor's degree RN, or master's degree RN. -
- All Direct Care RNs are required to have BLS within 90 days of
hire and ACLS within 1 year. - RN License Virginia or
Compact/Multi-State Eligible.Trauma 1 Level Care and Team Culture

Nightingale Regional Air Ambulance, a teaching facility, the
