  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Pediatrics Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hours per week Length: 13 weeks4 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule period, approx 8-10 per contract. Do have an option for blocked weekend schedulingRequirements:
  • VA or Compact license
  • Minimum 2 years peds experience
  • Trach/Vent experience
  • Must have ventilator experience
  • BLS
  • PALSOther details:4 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule period, approx 8-10 per contract. Do have an option for blocked weekend scheduling.This is a long term care unit and many of our residents reside here for long periods of time after being transfered from PICU/NICU throughout the state. Some residents are here for family training and do have a shorter stay. Our residents are active throughout the day attending school, recreation therapy and community outings. Nights resemble an inpatient step-down unit. We have 32 beds and typically all 32 beds remain occuppied. Over half of our residents have trachs and almost half are ventilator dependent. All residents have gastric tubes.Must have PALS and BLSMinimum 2 years peds experienceStep down level of careTrach/vent exp requiredWill accept general peds exp.Must have ventilator experience.
