Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Adult Group Therapist
(Evening).
Key Responsibilities
Providing group therapy to patients in a safe and therapeutic
environment
Developing effective therapeutic group relationships and utilizing
evidence-based therapies
Creating and updating treatment plans while participating in
professional development activities
Required Qualifications
Licensed as a Psychologist or Master's level therapist (LSW, LPC,
LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD)
Core skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical
Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Experience in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient,
inpatient hospital, or residential settings (preferred)
Passion for facilitating group therapy and working
collaboratively
Willingness to engage in crisis management as needed
