Work Dates Needed: PRN
Scope of Work: Occupational Medicine Physician, acting as an Operation Medical Director OMD)
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- Board Certified-Preventive Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or a primary care specialty
- Two years minimum full-time experience in occupational medicine (occupational medicine preferred) or 5 years experience in primary care is acceptable
- Current License Virginia
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)certification
- DEA Licensure Posted Date: 2024-06-25
