Senior Project Manager (HR/HRIS)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to provide
strategic and operational support to the HR Leadership Team (HRLT),
with a focus on Total Rewards and overall HR initiatives. This role
will be responsible for guiding HR projects, identifying and
enabling improvement opportunities, and ensuring alignment with HO
guidance and strategic business objectives. The PM will also play a
crucial role in optimizing processes, and ensuring successful
project execution in a fast-paced HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee HR projects, ensuring they are completed
on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones,
and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the
flawless execution of projects.
Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to
stakeholders.
HR Support:
Collaborate with HR team members to identify and implement process
improvements.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and
procedures.
Assist in the coordination of HR initiatives, such as employee
engagement programs, performance management, and talent
development.
Total Rewards:
Support the design, implementation, and administration of Total
Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition
programs.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and
equitable compensation and benefits offerings.
Assist in the communication of Total Rewards programs to employees,
ensuring clarity and understanding.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a liaison between HR, employees, and management to ensure
smooth project execution.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project
stakeholders.
Address and resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a
timely manner.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project
charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Prepare and present project status reports, including risks,
issues, and mitigation plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Project Management
and/or HR project roles.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively.
Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a
cross-functional team.
Knowledge of HR best practices, HR systems, and employment
compliance.
Expert proficiency in Excel (Data Organization, Pivot Tables,
V-Lookup, etc.).
