Job Title - Senior SQL DBA Must have - EXPERTISE is SQL DDM Encryption

• Microsoft SQL administrator
• Windows Server administrator specifically Windows Clustering
• Microsoft SQL Server Role based Access control or rights and permissions administration
• SQL script writer
• Microsoft SQL Server DDM expert level. Roles and Responsibilities: This role focuses on the Assessment of the IT infrastructure SQL Server database Enterprise environment and creation of the implementation Road map to achieve Best in Class Transformation Themes and implementation of the same. Key aspect of this role is critical evaluation of the Applications, SQL Server and configurations to come up with Best in Class framework. SQL Server Architect is responsible for performance, availability and scalability of the SQL Server infrastructure to assess Operational Maturity, Design Maturity and Architectural Maturity. As a core member of IT IS team in supporting the business development & delivery of consulting services, the Consultant's role will include (but not limited to) the following: * Strong experience in Designing / planning / implementing end to end SQL server DB solutions * Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server Design, build and migrations. * Strong Hands-on experience in Support and Administer SQL Server database instances * Very good experience with configuration of SQL Server and HA solutions like Failover cluster and Always solutions * Migration experience to On promise SQL Server databases to Cloud like Azure/AWS * Must have strong experience with SQL server security hardening and implementing best practices * Expertise in managing multiple SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2017 instances on medium to large systems * Strong experience in handling very large databases * Very good knowledge of Windows OS and its related commands * Good knowledge of T-SQL and query tuning Performing tasks related to installation * Enough expertise to identify and recommend changes/improvements to the build process * Knowledge of SQL Server from architecture to administration including design, development, and optimization of SQL Server databases * Proficient in performance tuning, backup, recovery, security, patching, upgrades, and high availability. * Strong expertise in designing and High Availability (HA) deep skills in Windows Clustering, SQL Always on Availability Groups ,Clustering, log shipping, mirroring and Storage replication. * Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end. * scripting languages like PowerShell, or other shell scripting and Python, Ansible playbooks * Working experience in working on Azure SQL Server and Database Experience:

• Engineering Degree
• 14+ years of experience in IT SQL Server Infrastructure Administration
• 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure SQL Server architect, Windows clustering, AAOGs
• 6+ years of experience in ability to infer the clients' real issues and make technical recommendations accordingly
• Skills: Must Have:
  • Excellent technical knowledge as SQL Server Administrator, Architecture, Design, Resiliency, AAOGs
  • Experience in Windows Operating System and Windows Clustering
  • Must have excellent Technical Knowledge in scripting tools like PowerSheill, Python, Perl, Ansible, etc.
  • Configure the Monitoring Tool and integrating them with the alerting tools to monitor and alerts various enterprise application and Infrastructure parameters.
  • Experience in working with Architectural concepts like Scalability, HA, Performance, Tools and Process.
  • 3+ years of MS-SQL on Auzre, and Azure SQL Server and Database
  • Install patches and upgrades.
  • Must have good time management skills and be able to meet rigid and urgent assignment schedules.
  • Capability to Design IT Infrastructure SQL Server solutions
  • Capability to translate the customer business requirements \ issues in to IT Infrastructure requirements.
  • Understanding of x86, Windows and Azure virtualization
  • Possess skills to size infrastructure requirements and advise on infrastructure provisioning
  • Optimize infrastructure needs - Create list of platform tuning activities and include the following, and include a performance testing plan/activity for each to measure: All cache settings in the configs, SQL tuning & Infrastructure warm up script and scheduling.
