Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Backend Software Engineer
to enhance their engineering teams through creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Unblock challenges in the software development cycle from design to
launch
Lead code reviews, documentation, and complex bug fixes on
high-risk problems
Mentor junior team members and partner across engineering teams on
company-wide projects
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software/technology leadership roles
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science
Expertise in languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, or
Scala
Hands-on experience with public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, GCP, or
Azure)
Experience in Developer Experience or Developer Productivity is a
plus
