Job Description:

Golden opportunity for help desk support seeking someone who is
ready to grow. Get your foot in the door of a great and friendly
work environment. You will provide help desk support for IT
hardware, software, network, and operating system problems by
answering calls from users and performing troubleshooting over the
phone. You will also perform password resets, test and install
hardware, identify threats to security, and collect and process
form and ticket orders. This position does require 1 to 3 years of
