Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel (FLEX) with
payments and financial services experience on a part-time contract
basis.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, redline, and negotiate various commercial contracts,
focusing on payment agreements and MSAs
Negotiate with payment providers to secure favorable terms and
manage business risks
Translate business objectives into agreements and manage contract
processes independently
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in complex commercial contracts, payments
law, and licensing agreements
Familiarity with the gaming industry and related legal issues is
preferred
Experience in SaaS, product, and technology environments
Strong commercial and payments experience
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a
remote setting
