Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney for a hybrid or
remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in consumer financial services litigation from
case inception to resolution
Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare for trials
Work independently while collaborating with the Financial Services
Litigation Group
Required Qualifications
3+ years of commercial litigation experience
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
Experience in drafting pleadings and trial preparation
Consumer finance litigation experience is a plus but not
required
