  • Outpatient Care with 1:4 Nursery Call
    • Level-2 Nursery - Avg. 5 Healthy Newborns/Day
      • Full Patient Panel - No Need to Build a Practice
        • No Hospital Admissions; No ER Coverage
          • RN Line Dedicated to Answering Parent Questions Compensation Package:
            • $300,000+ Annual Potential $257,000 Salary
              • Paid for Call with Weekend Differential
                • Up to $25,000 Annual Quality Incentive
