Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Development Representative
(Inbound) to engage and qualify inbound leads for the sales
team.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with new inbound leads through various channels to
understand their business needs
Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria and set up
meetings for the Account Executive team
Maintain accurate records of communications in CRM and collaborate
with the marketing team on lead quality
Required Qualifications:
Ideally, 1 year of experience in inbound lead qualification, sales,
or customer success
Experience using CRM & Sales Engagement software (e.g., Salesforce,
SalesLoft)
A passion for engaging prospects and helping businesses find
solutions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends and product
knowledge
