Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer (Contract) to support recruiting initiatives and sourcing top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Support the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing and scheduling interviews
Source candidates through networking, cold calling, and resume databases
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
Experience in renewable energy
Experience recruiting Development Division positions
Proficiency using various ATS and recruiting systems
Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
