Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior People Partner to enhance
their people operations and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Improve HR processes such as LOA management and onboarding
Partner with teams on talent retention, career development, and
culture initiatives
Act as a main point of contact for team member relations and
support
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6+ years of People Business Partner or People Operations
experience
Experience in a fast-paced technology company
Expertise in various HR disciplines including compliance and
organizational development
Experience with onboarding processes and team member engagement
Track record of managing multiple priorities and projects
simultaneously
