Job Description:
A company is looking for a Default Loan Servicing Specialist in
GNMA Quality Control (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Servicing mortgage accounts to ensure accurate claims filing in
compliance with laws and guidelines
Completing QC reviews for GNMA Claims within departmental SLAs and
monitoring title package processes
Documenting systems for claim follow-up and providing
recommendations for process improvements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of GNMA Claim Filing experience
2+ years of GNMA Quality Control experience
Experience with FHA Claims
Ability to monitor and identify trends or risks in the
portfolio
Knowledge of state and federal laws affecting claim processes
