Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support
analysts in ensuring hospitals receive accurate compensation for
services provided.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize best practices and technology to identify recoveries
needing operational support
Contact insurance companies and prepare documentation to support
underpayment recovery efforts
Review and reconcile client systems and submit specific reports to
appointed recipients
Required Qualifications and Training
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and
software applications simultaneously
Basic knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle practices
Experience with healthcare billing software and databases (EPIC,
Cerner, Meditech)
Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment
with productivity metrics
