Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sage Intacct Customer Support Senior
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Review, assign, and manage customer support tickets, responding
promptly to inquiries
Test potential solutions in demonstration environments and
communicate findings to customers
Follow up on outstanding tickets and escalate unresolved issues to
management or external support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, MIS, or
equivalent experience
Three (3)+ years of experience in accounting or finance with
exposure to multiple ERP systems
Experience in a software technical support environment, ideally
with financial or accounting software
Strong leadership, project management, and organizational
skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
