Job Description:

A company is looking for a NOC Operator to resolve customer service requests and monitor network operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the environment using SolarWinds and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Provide customer service and log help desk requests while maintaining documentation
Perform basic administration tasks for Windows Active Directory and Exchange

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in technology or 1-2 years of related experience
Extensive knowledge of PC hardware and software support
1+ year of experience with Windows Workstation operating systems administration
Experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration
Help Desk/NOC experience preferred
