Solution Architect

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and
implement innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions
that align with our business objectives. The Solution Architect
will be responsible for translating business needs into technical
solutions, ensuring system integration, performance, and security.
This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture,
cloud technologies, and software development best practices.
Functions & Duties
Description
Solution Design & Architecture: Define and develop architecture
solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Design scalable, resilient, and cost-effective IT systems while
ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Provide architectural blueprints, best practices, and roadmaps for
solution development.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with business
stakeholders, project managers, developers, and IT teams to design
and implement solutions.
Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical
execution, ensuring smooth system integration.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to
development teams.
Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Research, evaluate, and
recommend emerging technologies and industry trends.
Define and enforce best practices for software architecture, cloud
computing, security, and data management.
Lead cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to industry security
standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance
policies.
Implement secure design principles to protect sensitive data and
systems.
Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Monitor system
performance and scalability, identifying opportunities for
optimization.
Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for
improvements.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Technical Skills: Strong experience in designing and implementing
enterprise-level solutions.
Expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, and system integration
patterns.
Proficiency in software development methodologies, DevOps, and
CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance regulations, and risk
management.
Familiarity with database technologies, networking, and
infrastructure as code (IaC).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and
decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Leadership and mentorship experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect,
TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, etc.).
Experience working in Agile environments.
