We aim to be a leader in compassionate and trauma-informed care in Hampton Roads.Responsibilities:Provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy services with clientsAccurately implement clients' individualized behavior protocols as directed by the clinical supervisorProfessional daily communication with clients' families and caretakersAccurately record data in real timeComplete daily progress notes meeting company standards by the end of each business dayMaintain an organized and sanitary clinical space for clientsAdhere to the BACB RBT Ethical GuidelinesWork collaboratively with supervisors to achieve best clinical outcomes for clientsComply with all HIPAA regulationsAttend mandatory staff trainings and complete asynchronous trainings by the deadline given by the clinical directorAdhere to company policiesQualifications:Hold and maintain a registered behavior technician credential through the BACBHold and maintain a current CPR/BLS certification completed in personPass a criminal background checkPreferred: previous experience as an RBT in clinic or home settingsPreferred: previous experience using Skill-Based Teaching (SBT)Benefits:Health insurance, dental and vision insurance401k15 PTO days per yearPay:$21-27/hour commensurate with experience for direct services with clients$15/hour for training and administrative tasks
