Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Quality Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a queue of issues reported by clients and document
defects
Utilize tools such as SQL and App Insights to understand and
identify software defects
Engage with engineering and product teams to clarify issues and
assist in prioritization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
Engineering
Minimum of 4 years of IT experience or relevant technical
background
General understanding of business processes supported by
software
Working knowledge of SQL queries is a plus
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
