This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating with engineering and design teams, and maintaining high standards of safety and precision in the manufacturing process. Switchgear Production Team Lead Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production technicians.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within the team.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the integrity and functionality of switchgear assemblies.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on production status and any potential issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment on technical specifications and project requirements.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company safety policies and industry regulations. Switchgear Production Team Lead Position Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electrical equipment production.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components, particularly switchboards, switchgears, MCC, control panels, and drive cabinets.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
