Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)
to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients
diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental
disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record behavioral data
Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures
Required Qualifications:
Current Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental
disabilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
