Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Analyst, HRIS to provide
expert knowledge in Workday modules and optimize system
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, maintain, and support Workday modules while
identifying opportunities for system efficiency
Resolve tier two escalations for Workday and Kronos and provide
technical support for new HR system implementations
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to translate end-user needs
into system requirements and develop training materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5-10 years of relevant work experience
Experience with Workday (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent)
required
Strong vendor management skills and ability to develop working
relationships with HRIS vendors
Ability to comply with health and safety guidelines and maintain
confidentiality
