SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Proposal Analyst, Senior to provide a high-level administrative support to BD/PD Team; Proposal Director, Director, and Business Development throughout all phases of the proposal process.





Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Write and edit proposal content and sections, as well as other communications.
Ensure compliance of all assigned documents.
Develop and manage internal and external data calls.
Act as a Proposal Manager on small proposals, if/as assigned, overseeing kick-off to delivery.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Prepare and support program initiatives such as capability statements, introductory statements, RFIs, sources sought, and generic templates.
Support the color review process often acting as a writer, coordinator, and/or reviewer.
Manage and organize individual proposal folders and demonstrated ability to maintain a proposal library.
Prepare compliance matrices, calendars, outlines and PowerPoint slide decks efficiently.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently and in a timely, professional manner.
Lead meetings and conference calls as needed.
Assist Proposal Manager in monitoring the proposal process.
Support creation of the schedule and the compliance matrix.
Incorporate input from data calls into proposals.
Collect and coordinate questions for submission to the government.
Collaborate with various team members to ensure proposal content is accurate and complete.
Research and analyze data for complex proposals, bids, quotations, and other documents.
Participate in strategy sessions.
Prepare reports for proposal, capture, and/or senior management.





Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

Bachelor's degree in English, Business Management, Technical Writing, or similar field.
Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Eight (8) + years of experience in proposal activity support in a government contracting environment.
Works well within a team environment and able to develop positive, working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various problems, and prioritize work.
Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Products.
