SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Task Administrator to assist the Project Manager(s) in the administrative oversight and control of Programs and Projects to include: Cost tracking (labor and ODCs), collection and analysis of data, and informal and formal Program/Project documentation and Deliverables.



Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Monitor and control costs.
Coordinate with Project teams to consolidate and analyze data.
Review all contract deliverables.
Prepare informal and formal documentation and deliverables.



Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Six (6)+ years of experience in funding analysis.
Two (2)+ years of Contract Management to include:Development of Program Acquisition Documentation
Data Collection and Analysis
Development of Cost Estimates
Development of Program Status Reports


Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Solid communication (verbal and written) skills.
Technical writing
Experience with Excel and Project apps.
Ability to learn new systems and extract pertinent data and information.
