Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support
customers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and insurance policy needs,
including coverage and billing questions
Provide expertise on products and services to ensure customers have
appropriate insurance coverage
Support customers in setting up new claim reports and offer
additional products
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years
post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles; opportunity
to gain it during training
Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
Designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet
connection required
Must be able to connect provided hardware to a surge protector and
router/modem via cable
