Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior CRE Quality Assurance Analyst
to perform internal audits of commercial real estate loan
portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Audit collateral files for documentation, compliance, and adherence
to lending policies
Prepare and submit weekly QA reports identifying audit exceptions
to senior management
Conduct training sessions for staff on credit policy and maintain
Loan Quality Assurance procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer
Science, or a related field
2 or more years of commercial real estate loan administration
experience
Solid understanding of financial contracts and regulatory
compliance issues
Knowledge of federal and state laws related to commercial and real
estate lending
