Job Description:
A company is looking for an Asset Management Services Director
to lead the Asset Lifecycle Management Team on innovative
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the company representative with clients and subcontractors
during project execution
Oversee project execution plans, quality assurance, and monitor
deliverables for adherence to established criteria
Mobilize company resources to create effective project teams and
ensure project goals are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Asset Management, Business Administration, or
a related field
15+ years of related work experience, including
supervisory/managerial experience
Experience directing work involving complex technical
situations
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is desired
