Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Advanced product
analysts
Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to inform
strategic decisions
Design and build metrics and reporting tools to monitor product
performance
Required Qualifications
Quantitative undergraduate degree; MBA or equivalent advanced
degree preferred
12+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Analytics, or
equivalent role
8+ years of management experience with a proven track record of
team development
Prior experience in product analytics within a marketplace and
pricing/monetization products
Deep technical expertise in data analysis, experimentation, and
causal inference
