A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Director to lead
demand generation and pipeline growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with
business goals
Manage campaign execution to achieve pipeline targets and
performance KPIs
Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation and
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B marketing
Minimum 5 years' experience managing a team
Experience with account-based marketing and database marketing
strategies
Competence in tools such as Salesforce and marketing automation
platforms
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
