Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Rehabilitation Technician assists therapists, therapy
assistants and/or athletic trainers as assigned. Primary duties
include routine cleaning, quality control checks, room set-up,
inventory ordering, preparing patients and equipment for treatment,
assistance with patient care, and related documentation.

Licensing/Certification
BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, required within 30
days for BSMH, required at hire for RSFH)

X Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care
appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her
assigned unit.

requirements relative to his or her age, specific needs and to
provide the care needed as described in departmental policies and
procedures.
