Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Supervisor to oversee
customer service operations and support staff in providing
exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee customer service team performance and manage shipment
activities from assignment to delivery
Monitor inbound customer communications and provide real-time
support and feedback to team members
Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain knowledge of services
and requirements for processing customer orders
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; undergraduate
degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role or supervisory experience
in a relevant field
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Experience in a multi-channel contact center environment is
preferred
Employee-provided high-speed internet is required
