Insurance company with a major presence in the U.S. seeks demonstrable success underwriting for Energy Casualty lines such as General Liability, Professional Liability, Contractor Pollution, Site Pollution, Commercial Automobile, and Worker's Compensation.

Shall drive efforts in growing and expanding business operations through acquisition and retention of profitable customers throughout the U.S. within the Energy Market.

Activities:

*** Develop and maintain profitable business relationships with existing and future clients in industries such as Solar, Wind, and Hydro Power Generation, Oil and Gas, and Utilities.

*** Review renewal submissions from current clients and analyze applications from new clients to determine acceptable terms, rates, coverage limits, and pricing within assigned authority.

*** Accept, decline, and price underwriting risks based on the evaluation of exposures, claims history, loss control, and actuarial reports.

*** Establish profitable pricing models utilizing analysis from complex submissions and previous account losses.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field, 5+ years experience underwriting Energy Casualty, and existing relationships with brokers and agents within the energy industry.
