Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to drive growth by connecting independent professionals with enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct targeted outreach to hiring managers and decision-makers within Fortune 1000 clients
Document interactions in the CRM system to track progress and identify trends
Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters to enhance recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract placement or consultant assignments
Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in staffing
Experience in professional services, technology, or financial services industries
Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales strategies
